Step 5 – Press the Volume Down key to highlight yes, then press the Power key to select it.
Once the wipe cache partition is complete, navigate to the ‘Reboot system now and select it using the Power key.
Check if the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 app crash error is fixing. However, if not, continue with the next method.
Note: If there is a single app crashing repeatedly, try clearing the cache for that particular app from Settings.
Free up storage space:
